Originally from San Antonio, Chef Lambert has worked in the hospitality industry for nearly 20 years, and began his career as a cook and dishwasher. He has worked with Hyatt Corporation for six years in several leading chef roles ranging from sous chef to banquets chef de cuisine. 

“I am excited to join the incredible team at Hyatt Regency Hill Country’s Antlers Lodge,” said Chef Lambert. “My goal in my new role is to foster an environment of creativity and passion for the food our team prepares for our guests. I look forward to helping guests make lasting memories through delicious dining experiences.”
