With 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Anthony is excited to join the team as Operations Manager for Antlers Lodge, where he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities of restaurant operations. Anthony is a San Antonio native, whose family has deep roots here in South Texas. Prior to joining the Hyatt Hill Country Team, Anthony was General Manager at the local Tiu Steppis and Two Step restaurants for five years. He looks forward to bringing his expertise to the team, and is excited to work alongside the chefs and other talented team members to provide thoughtful meals, great wine, wonderful service and an overall memorable experience for our guests. In his spare time, you can find Anthony on the golf course (conveniently, there are 27-holes right outside our doors), attending a concert, or spending time with family.
